Want to monitor waterbirds for Audubon’s Texas Coastal Conservation Program?  Through RGV Chapter Texas Master Naturalist, the Texas Estuarine Resource Network (TERN) is offering a class in Colonial Waterbird Monitoring Training.  It is free, and open to the public.

Be part of citizen science projects that gather information on waterbird foraging and nesting habitats.  One class will be on Tuesday, March 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and an additional class has been added for working folks on Wednesday, March 22 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Both sessions will be taught at the Cameron County Extension Office in San Benito.
