A free will offering will be taken. December 14 Experience the fun of the UTRGV Modern Band Ensembles and faculty band at 7 p.m. at the UTRGVPerforming Arts Complex in Edinburg. These groups comprise of students learning new instruments and making contemporary popular music of varied styles. Rio Grande Valley Woodcarvers The Rio Grande Valley Woodcarvers have begun their 2021-2022 season. The woodcarvers are meeting again this year at the Nomad Shrine Club, 1044 W. Nolana Blvd., in Pharr. Join the group from 8 a.m. until noon every Thursday through March of 2022. Gather with old friends, and new, to carve, visit and share ideas.
