Magic awaits you in Hidalgo Celebrating their 31st Annual Hidalgo Festival of Lights, Tales of Illumination, the City of Hidalgo brings you a two-mile drive-through illuminated trail of lights. The trail includes bigger than life displays for everyone. Enjoy a magical evening in the warmth of your vehicle as you drive through large, animated displays while listening to holiday music on your car radio. You might also enjoy the Illuminated Trail on the Santa Express Narrated Train Tour. After your magical journey through the lights, you can stop at Santa’s Village located in front of the arena. Enjoy the beautiful Christmas Maze, Christmas performances, visit Santa, the artisan Christmas market and carnival rides. Those attending brought a toy for the Alamo Police Department Toy Drive. Several gift cards were also donated. Everyone enjoyed the party and felt good about giving back to the community.
