The band donates their time, supplies, transportation, and entertainment to the organization. In the seven years the group has been donating to the organization, they have almost reached $50,000 that they have helped raise for St. Jude’s. At a recent event, the group just reached over $48,000, and they still have several more events. The generosity of our supporters has been absolutely wonderful, said band member Wayne Uncer. The group is full of gratitude for those that come out to their shows and support their cause. The band is a traditional bluegrass band filled with Rio Grande Valley Winter Texans. It is a great bunch of talented musicians sharing wonderful harmonies and some of the best instrumentals you’ll hear in Texas. The group will be performing at the Los Fresnos Rodeo on Sunday, February 19, at 11 a.m. The rodeo is located at 500 E. Ocean Blvd. in Los Fresnos.
