The exhibit takes inspiration from this popular Mexican tradition mixed with the essence of the Rio Grande Valley. The display gives the public a glimpse of what they can experience in Mexico during this time of year. November 1 – Alamo will host their BBQ in the Park with drinks, music, and food at 7 p.m. The event will be held at the Downtown Central Park, 800 E. Main St. The event encourages business and community involvement. November 2 – The Family Crisis Center in Harlingen will host an event benefiting the center. November 3, 4, 5 – The Harlingen Community Theatre will present Neil Simon’s Plaza Suite, AComedy Classic.
