Open to children, adults, families, schools, non-profits, and civic organizations from throughout the entire Rio Grande Valley and beyond, all creativity and imaginations are invited to build a parade float entry – on a shoebox. The grand prize for the winning entry will be seeing the float design made into a life-size float for next year’s presentation of the parade.
