Through the support and dedication of the American public, the generosity of our Corporate Sponsors, and the tireless efforts of our Marines, Coordinators, and volunteers, we collectively distributed nearly 25 million toys, books, and other gifts to over 10 million economically disadvantaged children in 2023. Although providing hope and joy at Christmastime is our primary mission, we are equally proud of our programs that provide support beyond the holiday season. Through Toys for Tots has successful 2023 our year-round efforts – such as our Toys for Tots Literacy Program and Native American Program, our Foster Care Initiative, and our Disaster Relief activities – Toys for Tots continues to give comfort and emotional relief to disadvantaged children. Now, with a new year comes new resolve to be an even stronger force for good – because children growing up in poverty deserve nothing less. Today’s children are tomorrow’s future, and Marine Toys for Tots is dedicated to ensuring it’s as bright as possible for children living in challenging circumstances. Join us in 2024 as we continue our yearround mission of providing hope for a brighter tomorrow to children in need. In 2023, the Marine Toys for Tots Program: • Delivered hope and comfort to over 10 million impoverished children. • Expanded our Foster Care Initiative and provided support to nearly 332,000 children living in Foster Care across the Nation. • Provided 100 truckloads of emotional relief gifts to nonprofit partner, Good360, to distribute to nonprofits across the Nation through the Spring and Summer months. • Distributed 3.2 million books to disadvantaged children through our Toys for Tots Literacy Program to include 1 million books to Title I funded schools, and books valued at $1.1 million to the Kids in Need Foundation (KINF). • Assisted families affected by natural disasters in communities in Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Puerto Rico. • Supported over 220,000 Native American children through our Toys for Tots Native American Program. • Distributed emotional relief gifts to 12,000 children in northern Florida communities whose families were impacted by Hurricane Idalia. • Distributed emotional relief gifts to children of families impacted by the devastating fires in Maui.
