December 16 Alfresco Weslaco will be held 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. in historic downtown Weslaco. Free admission. The heart and soul of the community is in Downtown and Weslaco wants to share it with you by providing music and art. Bring your lawn chairs and dancing shoes. Main St. December 18 Learn about wetland birds – Ducks, grebes, pelicans, wading birds, and shorebirds all enjoy the large ponds at the Edinburg Scenic Wetlands, 714 Raul Longoria Rd.
