This is not just a pasta bar. This is a full 4-course meal with Garden Salad, Orzo Veggie Soup, Pasta, and a dessert. While Victoria Palms offers four choices of pasta meals you can also build your own pasta, so the options are near limitless. Your protein choices include meatballs, chicken, and smoked sausage. Veggie choices include onion, mushroom, bell pepper, tomato, jalapeno, broccoli, zucchini, spinach, and asparagus. I chose a fettuccine with white sauce, chicken and added broccoli. My husband chose to make his own with fettuccine, red sauce, meatballs, broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper and zucchini. While we waited for our pasta, we were able to have a refreshing garden salad from the salad bar. We also had an orzo veggie soup that had tons of veggies in it and was lightly seasoned in an aromatic chicken broth. We were pleased at how fresh everything was. The veggies in our pastas looked and tasted like they had just been cut and lightly steamed just enough to be tender enough to cut but still crisp and firm. The white sauce on my fettuccini was so rich and buttery it could only have been freshly made from scratch like what I make at home – but better. Pasta night is something that we will be going back for again and recommend you do as well. Don’t forget they aren’t just open for dinner; they also have great omelets. The restaurant is located at 600 Kingston Way in Donna. They are closed on Monday and open Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., and Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pasta Night exceeds expectations
