The Texans

The Texans got their start singing country gospel music as a traveling quartet based out of Dallas Christian College. Today the group consists of Sam Ray, lead singer and emcee, his wife, Brenda Ray, who sings tenor and is a comedian, and their son, Curtis Ray, who sings baritone.

They present a show that is gospel mixed with humor. When not on the road, they can be found during summer months at new Top of the Mountain Dinner Theatre on the grounds of The Great Passion Play.
