The 15th Annual Valley Star Awards will be held at Mission Bell Resort on Wednesday, February 11. The show will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. with an intermission. Mission Bell will have lunch available for attendees for a small price before the show at 12 p.m. or just get there early to have a seat up front. They will also provide drinks and snacks during intermission for a small fee.

The Buck Hollow Band, 2025 Duet Musical Group of the Year, will grace our stage at this year’s Valley Star Awards. Being winners in 2025, they were also nominated in 2024 and again this year. They were also inducted into the Midwest All-Music Association Hall of Fame in 2024. The duo is John and Teresa Condon. They play country and rock classics for various occasions including town celebrations, weddings, anniversaries, local wineries and bars.
This year’s Valley Star Awards will have the award-winning comedy of Paul Mayham. He will be bringing some of his redneck comedy to the stage to make the crowd laugh until they fall out of their seats.
Julia Lane Cooper was the 2025 Valley Star Awards Female Vocalist of the Year and will be joining the other five artists on our stage this year. Even though she’ll be singing for us, she currently hosts immersive, interactive Murder Mystery Parties where the guests are the stars.
Another performer for the Valley Star Awards is Jamie Layton. Jamie Layton has a distinctive low voice – you can’t miss it. His love for gospel music began in the 90’s and he has been singing ever since.

Get ready to go on an exciting magical adventure with Dawn and Anthony of Anthony Hernandez Illusions at this year’s Valley Star Awards. AH Illusions won last year’s Best Variety Act, and we asked them to return and show their magic on our stage for this year’s show.

Vinyl Spin is a high-energy, crowd engaging band based in the Rio Grande Valley. They are proudly known as “Your Everything Band.” They were last year’s Rock N’ Roll Band of the Year and will be taking the Valley Star Awards stage to show you why they won.
