Masonic Winter Texan Reunion

The 42nd Annual MN/TX Masonic Reunion will be held on Saturday, January 28, at the Rio Grande Valley Shrine Club, 13415 E Expressway 83 in La Feria. The social hour will begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch at 12:30 p.m. The cost is $15. Grand Master of Minnesota, M.W. Winter Texan Newmar Luncheon

The Winter Texan Newmar Luncheons will be held at The Golden Corral at 1301 E. Jackson Ave, in McAllen. Widows’ Comfort Connection

Senior Slow Pitch Softball

The Ed Martens Senior Softball League meets on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. The games are in the mornings at 9 a.m. at West Side Park in McAllen on Ware Rd. RGV Woodcarvers

The Rio Grande Valley Woodcarvers have begun their seasonal meetings. The woodcarvers are meeting at the Nomad Shrine Club, 1044 W. Nolana Blvd., in Pharr. The Carvers meet weekly on Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. through March. Everyone is welcome to come and visit and join the club. Senior Ambassadors

The Senior Ambassadors is looking for singers to join their chorus. Senior Ambassadors is composed of men from the Valley and Winter Texan community. They perform choral music from sacred and semi classical, to pop and country. Practice sessions are held each Friday from 1 to 3 p.m. at Bentsen Grove Resort (1645 S. Bentsen Rd.) in Mission.
