Join Quinta Mazatlan for a fun, mindful outdoor Yoga Play in the Park with Music and Craft Activities for all ages on Thursday, June 9th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Bring yoga mats or towels, and get ready to become one with nature through yoga, meditation and singing bowls.
On Thursday at 6:30 p.m. families can come early for a Walk in the Woods. Craft activities include DIY Meditation Eye Pillows and Mandala Color Circles. Mario Aleman will be playing soul-stirring melodies on the guitar. From 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., yoga teacher Shelby Hirschberg will guide families through imaginative yoga inspired movements that go along with a nature story. Irma Burr with Colibri Discoveries will play the Tibetan Singing Bowls. Families will experience sound waves and harmonic vibrations that affect the body through different tones and instruments. Our neighbors, Smoothie King, will provide healthy smoothies to cool you off after a relaxing experience.
Mark your calendar for Thursday Night Live throughout the summer from June 2nd -August 18th. The fun family nights are sponsored by South Texas Health Systems Children’s and Freels Orthodontics.
